The Chameleon Charm feature allows users to create unique custom filters that can be saved for future use or shared with the community. This fosters an engaging environment where users can interact by voting on or commenting on shared filters.

Filters that receive five likes gain entry into the Top Rated category, enhancing their visibility. However, users should be mindful, as filters receiving five unlikes will be permanently removed from the public database. This system encourages creativity and user engagement while setting a standard for filter quality.

The app encompasses a wealth of features for users to explore:

• A built-in camera that captures high-quality photos, including options for RAW and livePhoto formats, complemented by a smile detector that ensures every shot is cheerful.
• CoreML technology to apply the styles of renowned paintings to images, adding an artistic touch.
• 3D Touch functionality for quick access to databases and filter editing (available on iPhone 6S, 6S Plus, or later).
• Shortcut access to the app to streamline navigation.
• Spotlights feature that enables users to search for filters—both public and private—directly from iOS search.

Additional functionalities include:

• Siri integration for searching photos based on date or location.
• A photo editing extension allowing direct edits from the Photo app.
• Compatibility with Apple Watch for remote shooting control, including zoom functions via the digital crown.
• Sharing CharmSelfies directly through iMessage.
• The charm podium widget in the notification center, showcasing users with the most likes.
